It is exhausting. In the midst of the hustle and bustle, we often become disconnected from our authentic selves, our spiritual essence, and even the collective human experience. It often leads to a sense of emotional numbness and a depletion of energy, leaving us feeling adrift.
Acknowledging this disconnection is the first step towards reconnecting with the present moment and experiencing the richness of life, including love, joy, and abundance. You are not alone in this experience. Many of us yearn to rediscover that connection to our true selves and the world around us.
